amazon has great customer service. Our first shipment was lost. When we contacted amazon, we got an immediate replacement with one day shipping. We were very impressed about how quickly amazon reacts to their customers and it would definitely our favorite online shopping site. The digital frame itself, although a little bit bulky, but with this great price, it is the best one you can get.

I got this product from amazon for a good deal price and it works great for me. 10.4" is amazing with standard 800 by 600 resolution ideal for regular use. More is definitely better, but this resolution is perfect without any visible sign of dots from 4 yard distance.
Besides that I am impressed with
1. 2 gb memory
2. audio playback
3. video playback
4. handling
5. regular looks of a conventional photo frame.
At the end, a great product for me.

This is a very nice frame, with lots of features and plenty of memory. Picture quality is excellent, list of features is long and price is too good too. I can say that this is the best frame available in that price range.

I ordered this for a friend's birthday so I was very excited to see it when it was delivered to my home. When I got it out of the package and plugged it in it would not turn on. After about an hour of pushing the on/off button it finally came on, but all I had then was a blank screen, no pictures. Even after putting the thumb drive in I had no pictures. It was sent back for a refund and I bought another brand.

I ordered 3 of these, 1 for me & 2 for xmas presents. I have mine in our bedroom & love it. Only thing I don't like is the remote control has everything BUT a power button to turn on & off. Other than that it is great & has great features. Haven't used the other 2 of course because they're for xmas but they're the same. They were all packed real good also.
