Excellent. Once I read the directions thoroughly it was easy to operate. And the size makes it. Only draw back is I have to decrease the size some of my pics taken with my SLR.

We were looking to replace an old 8 inch frame with something more impressive and higher quality. We liked the idea of a large frame with a remote to view across the room. I was a little concerned reading about people having their shipments arrive smashed, but our situation was the exact opposite. The frame arrived in a large box stuffed with insulation, the actual photo frame was in the manufacturer packaging, all the plastics and foam protection were on. I could not be happier with how it was delivered.
PROS:
+Picture quality is outstanding, as good if not better than a 15 inch high pixel computer monitor
+Aspect ratio is "normal" no awkward stretching as seen on some frames
+Simply install your SD card and the frame immediately starts the slideshow.
+Very easy to navigate through picture thumbnails
+Frame and white matting is very attractive and works with traditional and modern rooms
CONS:
-The stand is a bit flimsy, so if you have a smooth wood surface, you may need to put more support under the back
-The menu system is a bit unintuitive, but if you leave it on slideshow, it's not a big deal
-Remote is a bit quirky, but after learning it, it's not too bad.
All in all, I'm VERY impressed with this product and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a high quality frame that is simple to use.

Don't order this item. It will be smashed on shipping. I disregarded earlier reviews saying it was smashed, thinking it wouldn't apply to me. Amazon doesn't know how to properly ship this item, or they don't inspect it before they ship it.
Update: Amazon has tried to say that it was shipper's fault, but it clearly was not. The Amazon shipping was clearly below standard. They don't know how to successfully ship this item. And they wouldn't guarantee better shipment on a replacement.
Great Digital Frame August 22, 2010

I looked for awhile to get a good Digital Frame. Bought some frames and returned them until I came across this one. The 15" Hi resolution is the ticket of viewing pictures. So many more options that I need to try out.
No more downloading the pix on the computer and everyone huddling around it to view them. Many options to get the pixs to the Digital frame.
Overall.....Great digital frame. Best one I found so far.
PS...My family agrees with me. Recommend to anyone. Well Engineered product.

I needed somthing professional-looking to display my latest photos instead of mats and frames. The 15 in. Viewsonic is first class at a bargan price. No major complaints. Software instructions are thin but get the job done.
